RISE Program/Office Space

About This Campaign

In our sixth year of the program, the RISE department has the opportunity to move into a new space that will provide a location for classes and small gatherings.  This location will be a quiet room for students with special needs to relax and decompress, as they navigate college.  Our students also experience stress and anxiety from time-to-time so having a place for them to unwind is helpful to their mental health. 

The space was previously used by the Judson Football team and needs some work to get it ready for our RISE Program.  In particular, the floor needs to be recarpeted and fresh paint is needed on the walls.  There are a few repairs that need to be made to the space, as well as updated furnishings are necessary to build out the space to accommodate the RISE students and staff, including ADAA compliantupdates.
