Doc Ryder-Dark Room Studios
Join us in celebration of all God has accomplished through the Demoss Center for Worship in the Performing Arts and Dark Room Studios.
Our Story
Generations of students have benefitted from the wisdom and teaching of Dr. Stuart A. Ryder II. We praise God for blessing Judson with such a wonderful professor whose influence can be seen through the lives of so many alumni.
Doc Ryder has also been the primary benefactor for Dark Room Studios and continues to give wisdom and guidance to this day. Thanks to his generosity and vision, we are thrilled this past summer and fall to make Studio A a state-of-the-art facility, one that can rival anything available in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
These studios provide a unique space for student recitals, records, podcasts, music launch parties, and more. They have been invaluable as we communicate to our students, parents, faculty, staff and donors, especially during the recent transition to digital learning thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic,
June 19 is Doc Ryder's birthday and he asks you to join with him and others for ongoing building and maintenance for Dark Room Studios. Please join with us in thanking God for Doc and the tools for our students to make an impact in the world.
