Sarah's Bday FUN-raiser
Sharing the joy my birthday brings, to children who might not even be able to meet their basic needs, let alone celebrate their birthday.
Our Story
As many of you may know, I have spent the last 6 months volunteering my time with various nonprofit organizations in the area, one of my favorites being the St. Charles Orphanage. The children at the orphanage and I have an amazing, fun-filled time together; I always look forward to my volunteer time here, but unlike other children in the world, being from a wealthier area, the children here have their basic needs met everyday. For my birthday this year, I would like all money and checks I would normally receive for my birthday, to be donated to the PWI Foundation to support their impact on providing children with clothing, food, clean water, housing, and possibly even a birthday party or 2.
