Adoption Choice Inc. (ACI), is a private, non-profit licensed adoption agency serving the entire state of Wisconsin. Since 1986, we’ve been Wisconsin’s premier adoption agency dedicated to creating new families by, providing adoptive families and birth parents with guidance, counseling, and services every step of the way. Upon a birthparent contacting the agency, we will designate a counselor who will get to know the birthparents, work to understand their unique situation, and help explore all possible options. We are not a traditionally structured adoption agency. We are unique from others in that we make the birthparent wishes our priority. We understand the tremendous weight of the decision they are facing and believe that a birthparent should be presented with all the options available. Our free counseling services are available to all expectant parents, free of charge, even if they are undecided on adoption. Speaking with us in no way commits anyone to an adoption plan. Adoption Choice, Inc. has assisted thousands of adoptive parents in their pursuit of creating or expanding their family. Each family works with one of our knowledgeable adoption counselors to determine which avenue of adoption to explore. Choosing to adopt can be an exciting and overwhelming decision to make.
