Our Mission

Brilliant Detroit is dedicated to building "kid success neighborhoods" where families with children ages 0-8 have what they need to be school-ready, healthy, and stable.

Who We Are

We are invited into communities where we buy and transform abandoned houses into early childhood hubs. Through these hubs we connect with children and caregivers, learning their gifts, needs, and goals, and guide them on paths through evidence-based, holistic programs provided by partner organizations. Instead of traveling across the city to access a tutoring program here and a nutrition workshop there, families can walk up to 20 minutes from their homes and find everything they might need in a welcoming and caring space.
