BUT GOD MINISTRIES

But God Ministries is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization that shares the love of Jesus Christ through building sustainable communities around the world. We are currently working in the communities of Galette Chambon and Thoman, Haiti, and Jonestown, MS. We operate in certain areas or SPHERES. These areas include: S - Spiritual. We share the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through worship services, Bible studies, activities for children, and one-on-one witnessing at our medical-dental clinics and around the villages. P - physical. We seek to meet physical needs through our medical clinic and dental clinics. The clinics in Haiti are operated by our full-time American Medical Directors. In addition, we host medical-dental teams from America for week-long visits. H - H20. We have dug several water wells and pipes to houses in Galette Chambon. Jonestown has a new water system. E - Education. We currently sponsor hundreds of children in local schools in Haiti. In Jonestown we operate a Montessori school as well as work with children in the local schools. R - Roofs. We have built many many houses for people in Haiti and have developed opportunities for better housing options for residents in Jonestown, MS. E - Economic development. We have created dozens and dozens of full-time and part-time jobs in Haiti. Job training and job creation are top priorities. In Jonestown we will work with local business owners and help others start businesses. S - Soil. We work with the communities on agricultural education and needs. The Hope Centers are the headquarters of But God Ministries in all locations from which all ministry takes place. The Hope Center includes: - Medical clinics and dental clinics (Haiti) - Air-conditioned dorms for visiting American teams - Kitchen/showers/bathrooms - Missionary houses (Haiti) for American nurses and families We host many American mission teams throughout the year. These teams engage in many projects and activities that revolve around our SPHERES.
