We have staff attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in our four offices: Elizabeth, Perth Amboy, New Brunswick, and Trenton, NJ. We represent tenants in landlord-tenant matters, domestic violence survivors in need of protective orders, consumers in need of bankruptcy and other relief from debt and fraud, parents who need assistance with child support, custody and parenting time, clients in need of access to medical care, nursing home residents seeking Medicaid and other residents' rights. We have a cadre of volunteer attorneys who assist with guardianships, tort defense, expungements, divorces and other matters.
