Who We Are

CAPE is a 501(c)3 organization that serves our Dutchess County community by providing programs and services that focus the prevention of and recovery from substance use disorder (addiction). Our agency works to educate and give resources to youth and their families. Through our programs, annual events, media campaigns, community forums, and public education, we try to increase awareness of and access to services. We also try to reduce the stigma surrounding addiction, which is a complex brain disease (not a moral failing).
