Who We Are

The East Africa Partnership was founded to help improve the lives of the people of Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda in a holistic and sustainable manner. Originally founded in 1993 as a relationship between the Presbyterian Churches of the United States and East Africa, the Partnership has grown rapidly and now works with faith organizations, local and national governments, and other aid organizations. The EAP is an entirely volunteer organization, so 100% your donation goes directly to the EAP Programs - Sponsorships, Scholarships, Medical, and Farming. We believe strongly that everything we do should be self-sustaining and done with our local partners on the ground in East Africa. Every project must be agreed upon by both partners, and self-sustaining within two years. We truly have two minds, but one heart for the people of East Africa.
