Our mission at Favela Miami is to assist the Homeless to transition out of homelessness by covering their basic needs and giving them a reason to look forward to achieving the ultimate goal: Permanent housing
Who We Are
Favela’s strategy to reduce homelessness includes providing homeless individuals basic hygiene kits, part-time work, family reunification and personal support. By transitioning homeless individuals slowly back into mainstream society Favela Miami helps them achieve their and ultimate goal: Permanent Housing. Getting the homeless off the streets is not only a win for the homeless, but it also a win for residents and local businesses.
