Our Mission

Fix Democracy First Education Fund (FDFEF) is a 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on voter education, voter registration, outreach, and expanding civic participation across Washington state and beyond. We are dedicated to informing and educating the public about voting and democracy issues to increase civic engagement and participation.

Who We Are

We offer ongoing civic programming and education, which includes our weekly Democracy Happy Hour, film screenings, book events, and panel discussions free to the public. We have also developed a new youth outreach program, YO VOTE! (Youth Organizers for Voter Outreach, Teaching
