Together, we step forward in faith to discover this worth and purpose our Creator has planned for us, found through serving and empowering each other and the vulnerable around the world. This is why Forward Edge’s mission is to create opportunities for people to discover their true worth and pursue God’s extraordinary purpose for their lives. We pursue this mission by integrating short-term mission trips and child-focused community development programs around the world. The mission trips are accelerated discipleship opportunities for Christ followers to put their faith in action and get inspired to continue living ‘on mission’ in their lives back home. The programs, run by local leaders, are opportunities for children to discover their true worth and be equipped and empowered to pursue God’s extraordinary purpose for their lives. At the same time, they reach the broader community with the Gospel and meet tangible needs. Integrating mission trips and child-focused community development programs together provides unique opportunities for mutual growth. It generates meaningful relationships, which lead to resources for the children and communities to thrive, and opportunities for everyone involved to experience deeper personal transformation.
