Hi. My name is Sam Goodman and I'm a dad. I believe that everyone wants to become their best selves, be happy and lead a Fulfilled Life, but we’re simply not taught those skills in school. I believe this gap in our education is a factor in the rise of depression and the devastating opioid crisis. I have a young daughter and I believe WE CAN DO BETTER. I believe this so much, that I spent years curating the world’s top minds in neurology, biology, psychology, nutrition, and genetics into an interactive course (like an adventure course) a 10-year-old finds fun to learn.
