Our mission is to provide exclusive Super Hero gifts to hospitalized children with life-threatening illnesses to uplift their spirits and brighten their days.

Who We Are

Happy Hats for Kids in Hospitals is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Torrance, CA. Founded in 1991 by Sheri Schrier, Happy Hats has designed, produced, and donated over a million hats to children with cancer, COVID-19, and other life-threatening illnesses. To our knowledge, there is no other program like ours throughout the United States.
