Our Mission

Harrison House is a 501c3 community development organization working to bring two disciplines together, historic preservation and sustainability. Our goal is to become the first LEED-certified home to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Harrison House aims to be the model home for the Las Vegas HUNDred Plan. Programs at Harrison House include family education, diversity, and sustainability.

Who We Are

The board of directors is comprised of professional volunteer business owners and citizens. The staff spends countless hours conducting tours and organizing forums on racism in order to foster better relations with the African American community. Harrison House is the home of its founding President, Katherine Duncan, who manages the facility and provides daily tours.
