Who We Are

Frank and Leslee Jacobs started work in Haiti in 1989. After much prayer and working with other missions in country, they founded Hope Alive Clinic Ministries with a medical facility in the town of Mariani. God provided 3 more Hope Alive clinics a few years later. They turned over 2 to the local communities in the north leaving the main facility in Mariani and a satellite clinic in Tricon, in the west. The Solace nutrition hospital at Mariani provides nutrition, medical care and love to infants and toddlers. This helps keep families together and out of the orphanages. Frank and Leslee have 3 children and 4 grand children.
