Our Mission

The mission of the Inland Empire Community Land Trust is to provide opportunities for low- and moderate-income persons of the Inland Empire region to secure housing that is permanently affordable using the Community Land Trust (CLT) model that has been successful both in California and nationwide. A CLT preserves quality and affordable for-sale and rental housing for generations to come. In concert with our affordable housing mission, we are also dedicated to enhancing and beautifying our communities wherever possible.

Who We Are

Formed in 2019, we are just getting started with our quest to provide homeownership opportunities to everyone in our community. IECLT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and we look forward to forging ongoing partnerships in the community to help make our vision possible.
