LIFE RESOURCES OF NORTHERN MICHIGAN INC

Life Resources of Northern Michigan is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are committed to providing free and confidential sexual health services to women and men in our community. We opened our doors and arms in 1977 to serve anyone involved in a difficult pregnancy situation. We provide pregnancy option education and services to support women, couples and families. Since our founding we have added other services and education resources regarding sexual health. We also offer post-abortion recovery programs and support groups. It is our mission to inform, educate and support every person who walks through our doors. All of our staff, board members, and volunteers receive appropriate training to uphold high-quality care standards. Medical services are provided in accordance with all applicable laws, and in accordance with pertinent medical standards, under the supervision and direction of a local licensed physician. We are governed by a board of directors and operate in accordance with our articles of incorporation, by-laws, and stated purpose and mission. We comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements regarding employment, fundraising, financial management, taxation, and public disclosure, including the filing of all applicable government reports in a timely manner.
