Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals (OFOSA) is a volunteer driven, foster-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization whose mission is to improve the welfare and adopt-ability of shelter animals.
Who We Are
OFOSA rescues "last chance" animals from overcrowded shelters, restores their health, and through adoption, finds them forever, loving homes.
