Phenomenal Woman Empowerment Network (PWEN) is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We believe that women were not created to be perfect but to be whole. When women are operating within their wholeness – authentic, sustainable, success is achievable. PWEN provides underserved women with the access to resources needed to overcome poverty, gender pay gaps, and inadequate educational support. In response to the unmet needs of thousands of women PWEN offers affordable and often free personal and professional development training to help women enter a space of wholeness. The aim of personal and professional development is to help women manage their own learning and growth throughout their professional and personal journey's. PWEN enjoys serving the entrepreneurial movement through bootcamps, workshops, coaching and mentoring. We have added specific career training to our development mission and we are now positioned to help women who may be struggling with finding work or choose to be closer to home the opportunity to become a "home based entrepreneur," while creating their own economy. ? As of May 2021 we have empowered over 257,000 women, hosted 151 in person events, over 75 virtual events, four chapters, and we have helped 200 people start businesses.
