PREPARE INTERNATIONAL

We focus on two areas of activity: 1. We assist international Christian leaders by helping them create formal and informal training environments in which students can have life-changing experiences touching the head (biblical truth), the heart (encountering the living God) and the hands (practical development of skills). 2. We dedicate time to mentor leaders, helping them to excel in their callings and gifting. P.I. was formed 14 years ago by Paul and Carol Alexander of South Africa with current Executive Director, Randy Boyd assisting. Randy quickly was appointed the Director of P.I. and set the course of the ministry for the last 12 years to train and equip national leaders and workers for life and service within their nation. Our first training schools were in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but over the last 11 years, we quickly moved into Poland, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, and Macedonia. Over the years, we have helped to establish 30 or more schools training national leaders and workers in Kingdom principles and power. Through these schools many churches have been established, others have found new life and growth, but the Kingdom message has not stopped there. Christian primary schools have opened, and business training from a Christ and Kingdom centered perspective has begun. Truly, this message is ‘seeping' into all sectors of our society. Today, the team of P.I. is expanding training initiatives into Kenya, Peru, Ecuador, and the United States of America.
