Our Mission

Proyecto Agua Limpia (PAL) born after hurricane Maria is helping Puerto Rican Citizens throughout the island prepare for hurricane season by delivering KOHLER Clarity home use water filters. Our project focuses on communities that do not receive government utility water service (NON-PRASA or Independent Community Water Service). If you are part of a NON-PRASA or Community Owned Water System and would like to schedule an event please call our office at 787-523-5879.

Who We Are

PAL offers a GREEN Alternative Our project is helping to end a cultural dependency on purchased, bottled drinking water. These water bottles are creating an increase in solid wastes and filling Puerto Rico’s landfills. 30,000 KOHLER Clarity Water Filters can produce a total of 37,500,000 gallons of potable drinking water and can avoid use of 150,000,000 plastic water bottles. The KOHLER Clarity Filter top and base is made up of recycled plastics produced by KOHLER. The filter units upper and lower chambers are made of a polypropylene plastic resin. All parts of the filter and filter unit are 100% recyclable. A KOHLER Clarity Unit can be used for a lifetime if appropriately cared for. Filter cartridges need to be replaced based upon volume of use and quality of water, but should last one year for a family of three on average. For more information - www.h2oww.com
