Rahab's Rope

Rahab's Rope is a place that provides food, shelter, and protection; a place of education and training; and a place where the whole person is ministered to spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and financially. It is a place of hope, a place of transformed lives. Ultimately, we exist to provide alternatives to sex work and restore hope and purpose to the lives of women and children in India. Since our founding in 2004, our immediate and most all-encompassing focus has been on the victims of sex trafficking in India by providing aftercare housing. However, as we have grown, so have our points of focus. We are currently doing work in both India and in the United States. These projects have very different objectives but are both in line with our desire to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those who have very little in this world. In India, we work in 4 different cities: Bangalore, Goa, Mumbai, and New Delhi, where we do prevention work, direct intervention in the red light areas, partner with two children's homes, and provide aftercare for women formerly trapped in the cycle of sex trafficking.
