Red Door Empowerment

Founded by Frances Bailey in January 2020, Red Door Empowerment is a nonprofit 501c3 charitable organization. While showing the love of Christ, It has grown into a recognized organization throughout the Eastern Shore and Richmond, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware areas. Red Door Empowerment impact has turned global and with the support of our staff and volunteers we have been able to impact the community in memorable ways. Red Door Empowerment has made appearances on featured articles in the Richmond News, Eastern Shore Post, Shore Daily News, Making Headline News, Voyage ATL Magazine, and the international Walden University Alumni Magazine. Our founder has also dedicated much of her time in sharing this powerful mission making appearances on the Jacobby Show on SKY 4 TV and interviewing in on several podcast platforms. Red Door Empowerment has also been listed as a global business on the Brainz 500 Global 2020 list that is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
