Our Mission

Refuge City's mission is providing safe places for children who have been sexually exploited to achieve restoration, education, and re-integration in a family focused environment.

Who We Are

For the past twelve years, Refuge City has worked tirelessly to bring restoration, education, and re-integration to youth survivors of sex trafficking. Refuge City serves both male and female survivors of sexual exploitation and sex trafficking from ages 11-24. With locations in both Richardson and Deep Ellum, Refuge City is at the forefront of the fight against sex trafficking in the city of Dallas. Refuge City programs are incredibly successful- not a single Refuge City graduate has returned to trafficking. To learn more about our programs, see the additional information below.
