Our Mission

The Rescue Mission of El Paso will model Jesus to the community by providing love, compassion, and humble, selfless service to the needy and disabled in a safe, trusting and nurturing environment.

Who We Are

The Rescue Mission of El Paso is a privatly owned, non-profit homeless shelter that has served the El Paso, TX area since 1952. We provide shelter, food, clothing, basic medical care, faith-based drug and alcohol Relpase Prevention programs, job search services, vocational rehabilitation, street outreach and much more. Right now we are expanding and growing our vocational rehabilitation ministry, Hallelujah! BBQ, in the form of a physical restaurant and are developing plans to build safe affordable housing for the poor.
