Founded in 2001 when we discovered declaring a national monument was no protection for the trees for which it was created. The Forest Service logs and grazes no matter what the science says because the forest supervisors and district rangers are only promoted if they are very friendly with those lobbying groups. We research, provide evidence, use case law, and very rarely sue when they refuse to practice holistic land management. The economy of man has little to do with the economy of nature. Sequoia ForestKeeper realizes that today's consumptive and profit motivated society will harm future generations (and even this generation) by trying to manage nature.
