Support HVACR Trade Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through HVACR education, workforce training, and STEM-based learning initiatives. Founded by industry expert Oneil Fuller, the organization was built to address the growing skilled labor shortage while creating real career opportunities for individuals in underserved and emerging communities. Our programs are designed to meet people where they are—whether they are beginners, students, or individuals seeking a career change—and guide them through structured training pathways that lead to industry-recognized certifications such as EPA 608, NATE, and other technical credentials. We combine online learning, hands-on training, and real-world application to ensure our students are job-ready from day one. In addition to workforce training, we actively promote early STEM exposure through our educational book series, including Tommy and the Talking Thermostat, which introduces young learners to HVACR, energy systems, and building science in a fun and engaging way. This initiative helps build awareness and interest in skilled trades at an early age.
