We specialize in social-emotional learning environments for teens, women, and professionals. These trainings help pave the way for men, women, and teens to be aware of their own feelings and use that information to lead themselves and others. To date, we have served over 488 teens through our #StrongGirls program. By the end of our program, students increase their self-awareness, responsible decision-making, goal-setting, and relationship-building skills. 84% of girls increase their ability to explain how their emotions develop. 71% of students increase their ability to understand their personality. Students also see a 71% increase in their ability to create strategies that help them better relate to other people. Finally, 52% of graduates increase their ability to evaluate the impact of their thoughts on the emotions they feel. In addition to students, we have taken over 400 professionals through our corporate training experiences and have reached over 250,000 women with our social-emotional wellbeing strategies through our social media reach.
