Our Mission

It is the mission of Women in Voice to build community, amplify and celebrate the work and talent, and provide professional development and resources to support women and gender minority folks in all the different roles that comprise the voice and conversational AI field.

Who We Are

Women in Voice (WiV) is the international nonprofit supporting women and gender diversity in the voice technology field. Founded in August 2018, the 501(c)(3) features 21 chapters in 15 countries as of September 2021. In 3 years, WiV has organized more than 150 events globally, from hackathons to meetups, and helped promote diversity and visibility opportunities for its members at important conferences like VOICE Summit, CES, Google i/O, VentureBeat, Project Voice, and more.
