Our Mission

ZLAC promotes rowing and other athletic activities, both aquatic and otherwise, and social activities among its members, and provides and maintain a clubhouse and other facilities for the conduct of those activities.

Who We Are

The ZLAC Rowing Club, founded by Zulette Lamb and three sisters: Lena, Agnes and Caroline Polhamus in 1892, in the San Diego Bay. Today, members enjoy social activities, recreational rowing, and competitive rowing at the local, national and international levels.
