We exist to break the mold—and the barriers that have kept women out of technical trades for far too long. Our mission is to create pathways to empower all women, including those who identify as women, by opening doors into the world of building inspections, code compliance, and safety enforcement. These aren’t just jobs. They’re careers that shape communities, protect lives, and command respect. Yet for decades, they’ve remained out of reach for many women due to systemic bias, lack of access, and cultural gatekeeping. We’re here to change that. Through rigorous certification programs, hands-on training, and mentorship, we equip women with the skills, credentials, and confidence to step into these roles and own them. Our graduates don’t just meet industry standards—they learn them and may eventually write them. They become inspectors, enforcers, leaders, and advocates for safer structures in our communities. We believe that when women are empowered to build, inspect, and lead, entire communities benefit. Economic independence grows. Representation shifts. Futures brighten. This mission is fueled by belief—and by action. Every donation, every grant, every partnership helps us expand access, deepen impact, and rewrite the narrative for women in technical trades. ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation
In the fight for a DIPG / DMG cure, we help patients and families by funding game-changing research and providing navigation throughout their journey. Powered by parents who have faced a childhood brain cancer diagnosis, many of whom have lost a child, and guided by a Scientific Advisory Council made up of the leading experts in the field, the foundation ensures every dollar possible funds the most promising research anywhere in the world. The foundation was inspired by Chad Carr, son of co-founders Tammi and Jason Carr, and Michael Mosier, son of co-founders Jenny and Mark Mosier. Both boys passed away from DIPG in 2015.

The mission of Operation First Response, Inc (OFR) is to serve all branches of our nation’s Wounded Heroes/Disabled Veterans and their families with personal and financial needs. COVID-19 Pandemic It is times of crisis that Americans come together and support each other. As we are all aware of the recent events regarding COVID-19, we can safely assume many agencies and programs will need support in the coming days,weeks and months. While the medical component is top of mind for everyone, at Operation First Response we are focused on the non-medical side, the impact of not having income due to lost wages in the service industry. We know that people who perhaps have never needed services in the past will suddenly be at the point of need. OFR will be providing essential items such as food, water, hygiene kits, we will continue to get more information on this to ensure daily needs are met for our community and communities across the nation. We believe now more than ever, that it is crucial for all types of funding, gift cards, e-gift cards, food items, toiletry items, etc. to be able to give the needed assistance and aid to our Active Duty Service Members, Disabled Veterans, their families and our First Responders. All of our upcoming events have been canceled due to COVID-19, so we are reaching out to our partners for so we can keep our communities strong.
