Being led by the Holy Spirit and motivated by the love of Christ, Heartland Baptist Missions exists to assist churches and their missionaries: EVANGELIZE the unsaved (“And when they had preached the gospel to that city, and had taught many”—Acts 14:21). EDIFY believers (“Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith”—Acts 14:22). ESTABLISH local churches (“And when they had ordained them elders in every church, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, on whom they believed.”—Acts 14:23). This will be accomplished through the preparation and mobilization of missionaries to evangelize the lost, disciple believers, and establish Baptist churches and outreach ministries such as Christian schools, Bible institutions, youth camps, medical clinics, etc., at home and abroad to the glory of God alone. Heartland Baptist Missions is evangelistic in practice, biblically sound in doctrine, and worldwide in its outreach.
